Are they black and waxy though..? I think that looks a bit "old banger" when it's applied to the bottom of a new(ish) car.
The main thing to check is the mastic "inside" (i.e. behind/under) the sills, particularly where it covers the bottom welded seam... and around the drain holes, since the mastic gets brittle, splits and lets moisture creep underneath.. munching your floorpan unseen.
All the way from behind the front wheel to the rear is vulnerable.. so get under there and look.
Also remove the plastic wheel arch liners, clean all the mud and goo out.. sort any problem areas and then refit.
