ECU reset question.

I am having my 2.0JTS fitted with a new thermostat and the throttle body cleaned this coming Tuesday in the hope it gets rid of my low idle especially with cold start/running and in the 'how to' guide i have printed off it mentions doing the ECU reset at the end and has the step-by-step but i am not sure if i need the brown key for this or can it be done with a regular red key?

Thanks in advance,

PS. I will report back how my car responds after these procedures.

It might be a good idea to replace the temp sensor.
Was only 20 for my old TS from the dealer, but only fit genuine ones.
