Front: remove top 3 bolts of strut, remove bottom 2 pinch bolts, take off brake and sensor cable and pull strut out. Bit of fiddle to get it out without removing other bolts but it will come. Then I hope your spring is already on a new strut?? If not then you need a set of spring compressors and the perfect offset ring spanner (don't know the size) and a hex key the right size and some good leverage to undo the bolt at the top of the strut. This is really bloody hard without the right tools.
Rear: really easy compared with front. Undo really long bolt at the bottom of upright, remove inside spring pan bolt and handbrake cable from spring pan and tap gently down with rubber hammer and spring pan will fall out.
Sorry not great instructions wrote on my phone
