V6 Clutch Problem

Hi there! I've been reading about this in the forum often and now I have the problem myself. I came back from a month holidays and the second day I used the car my clutch pedal changed completely. Before it was biting at the top (pedal almost released) and it was slightly hard all the way down, working perfectly. Now is like the pedal is loose for a third of the way and then it gets harder, but not as much as before, till the end where the biting point is. I've made my tests and cluth seems fine, no smells, gears go in perfectly, doesnt slide at all... It could be the clutch pump, or more likely (this is what I learned in other threads) the slave cylinder. Can anybody confirm this? I had a look in the workshop manual and looks cheap and easy to change it, is it true? Help will be greatly apreciated.
