3 cups (95, 100 & 101) on Auto Trader at the moment ranging from £6,200 to £7,995.
The highest price one (100) carries 52,000 miles but has a few internal mods that would put me off and frankly the engine bay is filthy.
If they move at these prices then values are definitely on the up. Fingers crossed.

I've changed the reg of Cup #74 from Y941 MNE to Y6 CUP (not quite V6 CUP - someone has that already but it was as close as I could get........if you squint!)

Hi All. I'm very lucky that I've just moved 4 minutes walk from a railway station which means I don't need the 159 as a day to day car anymore. Mrs HC has reacted surprisingly well to my idea of a Cup (and a radiator in the garage), and there are a couple about which have caught my eye. Is there anyone in the West Midlands who can give me an idea of what these cars are like to live with, and what I should be looking for when I take a look?

I'm happy to buy coffee / pint - delete as appropriate.

Plenty of threads in the same section as this one at the top of this forum's page, buyers' & faults guides. Cups are fundamentally no different to 'normal' V6 GTVs.

Post a new thread re West Midland help as you'll reach a larger number of members as most don't look on here.

Cups are just normal V6s with cheap seats and a piece of metal on the dash

Other than that, welcome to AO and prospective GTV ownership. Fantastic cars

Arf. Thanks for that. I chose a Celica 190 back in the day over a 2.0 GTV. Only when I chopped that in for the 159 Ti did I realise what a mistake that was.

The seats are so much better than leather. You sit in them not on them!

They're not that much better, I haven't fallen out of any of my GTVs' full leather seats but if you like cloth seats then that's fine.

Here's a current thread more suited to discussing the pros, & cons, of Cups: http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/alfa-...-thoughts.html

Now back on this thread's topic, anyone got a Cup to list?

Hi Guys,

Another for the list number 73 as new with FSH (Perrys) and one previous owner, 33,000 miles. Now resides in Northern Ireland ( as you all know part of the UK ). Will be a weekend car only and is totally standard. Does not seem to have ever seen rain.

Best wishes to all you Cup owners and can't stop looking at it!

I updated the list a few days ago, Saturday, no' 137.

Advert looks unfinished/rushed, apparently it's been restored so let's wait & see.
