Cheers for the Replies, i have been looking at the back Calipers and there are 2 different Calipers listed with 2 different slider lengths for each one "according to break parts" FFS ALFA Standards please!
Of the 2 back Calipers types 1 is cast and 1 is alloy, they both have the same piston size and can take the same guide length's 60 or 70mm. however they differ with the cast take m7x1 and alloy one takes m10x1, Looking at the ribs on the top of the Caliper and the size of the nipple looks like i have the alloy one so 6 X m10x1's it is then!
As i am at it have started thinking about replacing the sliders £12 per set may as well be done while i am at it as this being an issue later would be very annoying.
I am not sure about splitting the fronts as allot of people advise against it however new link pipe and slider screws might be a plan as the current ones are a little worse for ware,
The special £8 pop bleed nipples seem expensive but I have not seen how they help with the bleeding operation yet.
Alternative autos seem to have some good prices on some products so maybe worth a go if they have stock.
I need to order these bits in the next few days so I have some stuff to do on my long weekend, still need to pick up red calliper paint and decide how to get them stripped nicely “brake fluid to clean?”
Once cleaned, painted, referbed I have some good ridge hoses and some decent pads and fluid on them and hopefully much better stopping distance to follow.
