Is not P1175 the generic OBD code for cam position sensor ? but the Alfa specific code for P1175
(on engines with multi-lambda setup) is fuel trim adaptation additve bank 2 malfunction, pointing
at that one cylinder bank have been running lean or rich at some point.
Maybe a dogy lambda sensor or sensor connector, air leak somewhere in the exhaust or an air leak somewhere in the intake manifold/runners (crack in runner/s connecting rubber?), just some thoughts and ideas of possible causes if you have an engine with multi-lambda setup if not, have a look at the cam position sensor connector, or maybe it just was an "Alfa electronic glitch", clear the memory and see if the error comes back.
