well yes i was absolutely chuffed. So i was gutted when all this happened.

So yes I admit emotions were high when i thought she was a goner.

I do realise there is a third party in this and yes about time he did his bit and rectify his side of things.

So all is left to say is sorry to Ned and his chaps at AL they did go above and beyond with your help
and am very grateful.

Now I intend to bit by bit get my Bella back on the road, and do all the extra bits needed and beyond this bloody car is going to get restored (gradually) to her former glory. Can't just give up on her can I.
An excellent post Powerley

GTV Lusso 3.0

The only time I have bought a second hand engine the company refused to sell it to me unless I got them to fit a cambelt kit to it so they could be satisfied that I wouldn't hash it up and then blame them when all the valves were bent and the engine self destructed.

I recall they charged me cost for all the parts and practically no labour and I fitted the engine myself (and it worked).

next installment. had an inspection done on car and the rear engine oils seal has gone, hence the oil all over the place , at least my car wont get anymore rust underneath it haha so thats the next job. gearbox out again and may as well get clutch done whilst its off. Hopefully that'll be all for major work. ( for now)
