Springs/ exhaust and servicing

Hi, I'm a newbie to the Alfa world and just bought a 2000 W GTV Lusso. Firstly I want to service the old girl- think the cambelt is due so may aswel get the lot done! Where can I source kits and servicing parts- I.e spark plugs, oil filter? Also I have seen a few threads on what oil I should be using in her it's a 2.0 TS? I also need some lower suspension arms- do motor factors keep these in stock and is it worth using cheap parts? I'm lookin to lower the ride and stiffen it up, if anybody has some springs and maybe shocks layin aroundi have money waiting also looking for exhaust parts as most of mine has holes in it- aftermarket is preferred but don't mind standard for now. Any help would be very helpful.

Usual suspects for parts:
Alfa Romeo Parts and Alfa Romeo Spares from EB Spares - Specialist Alfa Parts Dealers
Fiat & Alfa Romeo Parts Specialist.Welcome
Car Parts and Car Accessories - Buy Parts By
The Alfa Workshop, independent specialist Alfa Romeo garage and web resource
AutoLusso - Quality Alfa Romeo Servicing and Repairs
Alfa Romeo Shop - Tuning, Styling, Fanartikel und Modellautos

Oil? Always contentious personally I use fully synthetic 5w40

Front wishbones, stick to the expensive ones from the sites above, dont be tempted by the 9.99 for 2 specials from ebay

Shocks and springs, best springs seem to be eibach prokit, then either use "stock" kyb replacement shocks or koni adjustables.

Exhaust, cheapest is a cybox SS system from ebay fitted yourself, there are also several other places advertising on ebay, though they all seem to be in the Midlands... Or if you have deep pockets get the Ragazzon or supersprint bits from Alfisti

Autolusso are potentially local to you and also sell previously enjoyed parts.

Also Shop4 parts and Alternative Autos are good for spares. Motor factors often don't stock or unable to source for GTV (V6 anyway)

My local indie, Alfaworkshop (also near you) have a special offer for cam belts for July. 250 all inc

Once you've bought the required cam locks, it might be almost cheaper to get them to do it at the moment.

Dunno about the lowering suspension bit of your question, but I can tell you from experience that GTV rear suspension components can get nightmarishly expensive.
