Help Fuel tank pressure

Hi everyone
I have a 3.0 v6 and I have noticed lately when I have been putting petrol that when I open the fuel camp there hasn't been any pressure when useually There is. Is there something wrong or is this normal, just don't seen right is this effecteing the car in anyway, I've noticed it misfiring a bit lately but not sure if it's down to this or not.

On mine the hiss dissappeard too but this had no effect on performance, but my hiss was due to pressure in the tank on hot days, and vacuum in the tank on cold days. This will happen as fuel expands and evapourates profusely on hot days and contracts on cold days. The owner's manual warns against opening a full tank as there is a possibility of fuel being ejected from the "hermatically sealed" tank.
