Coil faulty

Hi Guys,

My '99' TS has developed a faulty coil, as it seams to be arching out. Do i need to replace the whole lot, or can i replace the faulty one?

I if can get away with the one coil, how easy is it to replace?

Best Regards

You can replace the faulty one only.

Easy enough to replace, just unscrew the torx bolts for each one, and the coil pack rail, then lift the whole lot out (pull each coil pack/secondary off the plugs first), then lift it out.

One from a 156 etc would work as well, but the CP's from a PH1 (CF1) GTV are different.
