removing the locks?

hi me again does anyone know how to remove the locks from the doors? as im swapping a door over, mines battered

i think i have undone all the bolts yet the black door handle (if i can call it that....err the thing you poke to open the door)

Hi have a look at back of handle there is a black clip on cover and there is a u type clip holding it a long screwdriver will knock it off if you have any probs send me a pm or give me a ring and I will try and help

As Jason says, remove the black water/tamper shield and then the U clip. If you have a bit of stiff wire ( piano wire ) put a bend in the end and hook it into a hole in the end of the u clip. It should allow you to remove the clip easily.
