Just received my new MAF (including casing so should be easy enough to fit).
Just wondering if there are any do's and don'ts when fitting.
Is an ecu reset needed (ie. disconnect terminals, touch together and leave for a fair few hours) or can I just switch one in and one out again and bish bash bosh? (...or should that be bosche! ;-) )
Out of interest, a lot of people say if you remove maf lead then car 'defaults' to a known good setting, in my case the car is virtually undrivable with revs unable to pick up at all and it acts like its flooding everytime accelorator pressed, ie revs drop and nearly cuts out? is that normal? Does it indicate a different problem?

PS: Buying MAF as car seems slightly sluggish to rev, nothing drastic just changing over a lot of stuff, oil, leads, plugs etc and so doing MAF too.
