Agreed with Starkers on this, i use my TS daily for the 30 mile commute to work, nothing better. If you dont use them then they will deteriorate...
I paid £1100 for my TS 2001 84,000 miles, all work done, powerflexed, belts were recent, variator done. Sailed through the MOT, but replaced rear shocks on an advisory, all brake pads replaced as the car had stood a while. Since then front droplinks changed to cure a knock , but it hasnt!!!!.
The wizards of Autodelta remaped the ECU and i get a reasonable return on commute of 37 Mpg.
Couple of jobs to do, New exhaust and induction kit, replace the brake disc's with grooved tarox discs and EBC pads for that extra confidence in reducing the brake fade.
Oh yes forgot, mine likes to drink oil as well, but only about 1 ltr per month, some do some dont just gotta keep a good eye on levels...semi synthetic oil is ok....
