Finally decided to fit new carpet this weekend, and whilst inside bare, I thought I would blast inside sills etc with waxoyl as bone dry.
The inner sills are very accessible through bung at rear and hole behind black sticky stuff at front see yellow arrows on pic, so I thought I would try and take of side skirts to see if there is a way into outer sill, but the bottom screws are very tight and wont come out.
I have soaked them in plus gas for now, but can someone tell me how the screws fit and how to remove.
Eper says there is a screw, bush and pad.
Also I believe there are plastic nails on the side of the skirt/sill.
As these will most likely break do these stay in and skirt slide off to rear as I have read or must they be pulled out.
