If they didn't sort the original problem ( the brakes ) the first time then you have a case against them, and they should cough up to put it right, no argument, especially as they tried twice to fix it. Might be worth a quick ring to your local trading standards to check your rights before you get back in touch with them
Regarding the clutch you're SOL I'm afraid.
I used to be spares manager for a motorcycle marque and we had this problem with some of our dealers not fixing the original problem on bikes they sold, and I know they were still liable, because they hadn't diagnosed the original problem correctly during the guarantee period
You could check the disc thickness to see if they replaced them or just trued them up with a quick skim on a lathe
