Power steering.

I just replaced the power steering on the GTV p1, the garages all said you need to take the sub-frame off but its not necessary. This is how to change it.

With the belts on slacken the retaining bolts on the pully, (there is an allen key in the centre to hold it in place.)
Remove the belt and tensioner,
Remove the pulley
Remove the low pressure hose,
Remove the high pressure hose,
Tie a piece of string around the triangular pully head.
Remove the three retaining bolts,
Un-clip the heater hose behind the thermostat.
Run the string along behind the manifold with the pump suspended underneath you should now be able to reach it and roll it though between the heater and air con pipes.
