MIJ Stainless Steel Exhaust On My Spider

After reading some threads on here recently i decided to go for the MIJ system from Walsall.Purchased it off e bay by making an offer of 250 which was accepted.
An early morning start on empty welsh valley roads an opportunity was missed as my old system was failing and held together with gum gum.
On arrival at MIJ my car was immediately taken to it's lift and i met the fitter who explained how he was going to make the system up(i chose the mild sport version). 2hrs later i was taking the pics and she was all ready.Warranty i hand off i went.Off to Leominster,Brecon,Swansea valley and home in the wet and fog.
At first i was a little disappointed with the noise levels expecting more of a rasp low down the rev range, but as the miles were put on (150 in total) it was more pleasing. The fitter did say that after a few days there will be a noticeable change in note(can't remember why?)
As performance is concerned it certainly feels livelier low down the rev. range and pulls smoothly and mid range in third gear 4000rpm> is really good but it would not be a fair comparison to the old one as it had been in a poor state for a while.
Am i pleased yes i am locally powerflow wanted 440 for a stainless steel and motor factors were 300 incl fitting for a 4 box mild steel system.
See yes a Happy Welshman

I had mine made by them using existing quad pipes about 14 months ago.......no problems to date and the sound does change during the first 500+ miles........changes for the better.......

I've been thinking about going there for a new system for my GTV so its good to see some positive feedback. Like the choice of tailpipe.
