Just done this on my TS:
-Top mount (expensive but old ones were truly knackered), this includes the bearing
-All the bolts washers and nuts
The TS only has a rubber pad on the top, but mine was OK so I kept it.
The bumpstop was also in pretty good shape, so kept that too.
When I went to the dealer the plastic protection for the strut itself is on 'back order' with no indication of manufacture date.
Be very careful with the 3 bolts that hold the topmount to the chassis in the engine bay. Mine were extremely brittle coming off (snapped 3 of 6) and if you over-torque on re-assembly theyll also snap the head off.
I accidentally torqued the first one to 35Nm (rather than the recommended 25-32Nm) and it snapped the head clean off, luckily I got the bolt out of my new topmount without much fuss, but many swear words ensued when it happened.
