Spider door adjustment - getting it off (the door)

Hi the driver door on my Spider is misaligned so I need to make it fit properly. In getting to the three lower bolts to the door I need to take off the side panels. The bottom of which is hidden under the plastic cover side skirts. And then "How to remove the side skirts" is the problem holding me back at the moment.
I removed the screws on the under side and plastic clips hidden under door rubber seal. But its still stuck. The side skirt is fastened by a clips or something hidden. And I dont want to use force (and regretting it) Any ideas?

Tx for any help

Re: Spider door adjustment - getting it off (the door)

This MIGHT help.....I've taken the side strips off my 155 a couple of times. They are held on by the same type of fastener as the door trims. If you can pull back the strip a little and check if this is the case....I just gently prised them out with a flat floorboard chisel either side.

Hope this helps...a little!
