its not a sealed bearing, you can see the races inside. take the hub off, lay it on a flat surface facing you, pull the bearing cup off the top of the open bearings, remove the ball bearings and put them in a citrus based degreaser fluid and leave them to soak. you should be able to remove the cap off the sealed end and remove the ball bearings also. thoroughly clean the outer bearing race and remove all old grease then place the whole hub into the bowl of degreaser to soak. reverse procedure for rebuild and smear enough grease to coat all around the bearings and races....thats the long way..
a quicker way is to wipe out as much of the old grease as possible with cotton buds then scoop more bearing grease out and wipe it over the bearings, revolve the hub a few times to coat the grease then re-apply until the bearings are coated.
I have a hub sat in my garage so I will dig it out and do a guide. for you.
