gtv clutch slave/master cylinder

having just bought a 95 gtv the clutch pedal is sticking to floor would i be right in thinking that the slave or master cylinder needs replacing....if pump pedal changes gear fine. if so any idea on cost to get this done cheers

Part is around 30 and a doddle to fit. Two bolts and a pipe union. Bleed it when it's back together ( so you may need some brake fluid as well ).
