Re: hood closing / opening procedure
seem to remember some1 saying the brown key is the master? when you buy a new one you get a Red and Yellow and Pink and Blue, Orange and Purple and Green keys as well as a brown 1 a burgundy 1 and a couple of black 1s, i think. Every 1 looses the Red and Yellow and Pink and Blue, Orange and Purple and Green one's in the boot just after they've removed the space saver in order to fit the golf clubs in. The black 1s slowly get lost after a couple of christmas partys that go horibly wrong and then it hits you "OH MY GOD, ive only got the brown and burgundy keys left, can't remember which is the master and i too have lost the manual, at the 1st christmas party i think, although it could also be in the boot somewhere.". Next comes the gruling game of cat and mouse, switching between the keys every other weekend just incase you loose that master key. "I know!" you say to yourself, "Ask the dealer, he knows everything" ahhh but he dosn't know either as he too has lost the manual athough hes not too sure where he lost his at all. The truth is that no one knows which 1 is the master key. This is because the guys at Alfa Romeo R&D Department decided to purposly make this question imposible to answer in order to teach the consumer to be more responsible with their belongings. The Burgundy key you are left with is infact the key that holds special powers. You see the Burgundy key is imposible to loose making the question "Which key is the master key" irrelevent as you will never need to get another 1 cut. I'm glad to be of some help.
