If you can do it with just the inlet piping and throttle body removed, then thats much easier
Remove all the inlet piping from the maf to the throttle, including the huge resonator box.
Unplug the 2nd crankcase breather pipe from the throttle (be careful I snapped the plastic Y piece
Unplug the throttle position sensor connector round the back.
Unplug the idle control connector
4x allen headed bolts hold the throttle body on
Theres a bracket connected to the throttle body that is clipped to the heater matrix hoses, disentangle these
You should then be able to move it out of the way.
If you need to take the plenum off
remove the engine tie rod on the left hand side
unplug the 3 electrical connectors, the blue vacuum pipe and split the back vacuum pipe all on the left side
unclip the 8 hose clips on the rubber hoses
there are 4 bolts holding the plenum, 1 is accessible from where the throttle body was, the other 3 you need to get at underneath, through the gap where the exhaust downpipe was.
One is the opposite side to the first, this needs a huuuge great extension bar
The other 2 attach to a rubber bush on a bar in the middle, helpfully theres a right angle bit of the bar in the way, I bent this out of the way with a big mole grip.
And, uh thats it, just a lot of wiggling and swearing getting the thing out of a gap thats only just big enough
