Most certainly can, just go to any Alfa dealer and they should cost around £30 each side. Pretty easy to fit too, but go easy as there are so many sharp edges. Unclip main seat squab at front (it's just plastic retainer into metal U channel), gradually moving round to side bolster, then release inner metal bar on bolster (4 hooks) and also back retainer. Only really need a flat head screwdriver for the whole thing, just go easy as its too easy to slip and do damage to leather. When re-fitting, I found putting a bog standard Tesco plastic shopping bag over new foam the easiest to get the leather cover back over it - otherwise you get creases in the leather. Takes about 1-2hours, depending on if you cut your knuckles!!
If you have an upholster near you. you would be better to use stockinet over the foam, as it allows the leather / foam to breathe and also makes it easier to push the foam into the chanels. The plastic bag will also help slide the foam into position, but won't allow breathing. It's cheap, if you were near me I'd give you a piece, as I am in the furniture trade. good luck
