GTV bonnet and boot shock absorbers

Hello everyone.

I need advice please.

I just recently bought GTV and bonnet and boot shock absorbers ( if I called right) are not working and I need to use steel rod to keep it open both bonnet and boot.
In Qatar there is no new or used one, so I was thinking may be some other car or model has the same details.

If you know which model might has the same part please let me know.

As well as the nearest shop to London Heathrow which might have ones in stock.

You can try this bunch:

Alfa Romeo Replacement Gas Struts for Boot/Tailgate, Bonnet, Hoods

Mine is a 98 and also need replacing - more noticeable in colder weather.

thats handy, thanks for the link, I've just taken a chunk out of my head with the boot latch on my gtv, with the cold weather the struts dont work... so I'll be strutting my stuff soon....
