GTV 3L Exhaust!

So I'm doing a custom catback exhaust for my GTV tomorrow. I decided I wanted to compare the sound, so I have made a video of the stock exhaust.

YouTube - Alfa GTV V6 Stock Exhaust

Stay tuned for tomorrows video which will be of the new exhaust! I hope, providing everything goes off without a hitch tomorrow. I have decided to go a large resonator in place of the first muffler, and a stainless straight through for the rear, but tip is undecided so far. Thinking maybe twin tip, or twin DTM. But may also go oval..

Ended up with two resonators and a mild steel muffler to keep costs down. That is because the exhaust shop guys tested it with the single resonator and stainless muffler and said it was too tinny sounding. It's only slightly louder than stock even though it's 2.5". The next step will be equal length front pipes if I find the value in them.. got a mate selling them to me possibly but the exhaust shop told me to bring them down first for a comparo to make sure they're not too hard to make fit (they're made for a 156 GTA).

I'll be heading out to do my video tonight and also again in a week once the exhaust has burnt in a bit.

As for underside pics, I guess if I get around to test fitting my 18's again I'll be able to. Otherwise, there's not much room under the car!

I wish I could've gone quads but budget didn't allow. With that exhaust setup I could've easily gone for a twin outlet, but the oval sits nicely.
