Here are some pics of my OE Wind Deflector (purchased from main dealer this summer)
I have my seat on second notch from all the way back and the seat back not fully reclined
Pic 1 - my seat position
Pic 2 - seat fully back, same seat back position
Pic 3 - ditto
So I would say if you want the seat back fully reclined, then the wind deflector/ plastic knob will get in the way, and it would be a tight fit with the deflector plastic knob replaced with the supplied bolt.
Tip: the fixings that attach to the car come with 2 x small 1/2" bolts and 1 x longer bolt each side. I used the longer bolt, which is meant to replace the plastic knob, to bolt the fixings in to a retained nut behind the trim, which is more secure. so you may need to buy a couple more longer bolts if you want to replace the plastic knob (phew!!!! hope that makes sense).
