Sorry guys, i might be a muppet here, I only drained the Oil from the Oil filter outlet!!! Oil was black as coal but i decided to do a 'proper' change again with the sump bung out, At the time i didn't have an allen bolt to get the bung out,
As for the Oil, i used 10/40, Engine is running sweet as a nut at the mo!!! I bought the car in may so i'm still getting to grips with it!
I really need to take it out more, it's more of a weekend car as we use the Quattro for commuting, Just wish the twinny also had 320bhp!!!!
As for the two year part, i meant that the recession started, and governmental offices went up sh@t creek with workload! No overtime paid, pay cuts, (not that we get paid much anyway :-( )
I'm just a complete Alfa Noob, bought it for style and statement as i've always been a fan of Pinin's work,
I knew they had their niggles so i also bought a spare TS engine with 35k on the clock as a spare (bought for £75) just incase the belt went T1ts up!
Belts were changed in Oct, along with new clutch, new gaskets, full alfa service history with the service book stamped, original sales receipt aswell!!!
All for £1500 so i was happy at the time!
I've since installed the Bellini 18's, powerflexed the rear, powdercoated the running gear, installed the Momo red leather, complete Vibe & LG bluetooth head unit sound system, discrete sub in the boot top left compartment, Viper Induction kit, red samco hoses, Just need to sort the exhaust now! It has a zender pipe on the back but it's seen better days as the prev owner didn't clean it but overall bodywork was mint!
