Cheers for the support guys - it sold last night. Very sad to see it go, I'd polished up and it looked as good as ever, made me realise just how good the paint was. Settled for a low sixes offer when the cash was waived under my nose, enough for me not to feel too gutted but I do think the guy got a bargain considering I would have happily lined it up for inspection against all the others for sale at the moment - on which note why are there so many!!!
It should be looked after though, the guys a Fiat mechanic and has worked for Alfa before. Never has anyone inspected a vehicle so thoroughly, he even came with a pretty full on diagnostics machine! Car stood up to the scrutiny though so now has a new home.
I pick up the 156 2.4 JTDm today - still can't quite believe I'm swapping a V6 sports car for a diesel estate - but hopefully once remapped the new car will have enough go to keep me reasonably entertained - and it'll certainly lug more of our gear around which was the main point.
So goodbye no. 93 - I wouldn't rule out another one day!
