I know that logically one should not be able to restore faded red by t-cutting clear laquer.. I fully understand that principle.. However when I t-cut my red/pink/orange car with white t- cut, on a white rag, I end up with a red rag..
Speaking of red rags (and bulls) I'm inclined to agree with Clive.. But I know bugger all about paint.. isn't it possible that some of the panels were manufactured and painted in a different plant.. at a different time.. different weather.. different paint.. or whatever.. looked ok when new but ten years down the line...??
So my question is... Do I have to have a complete re-spray or is there some magical method of restoring back to red with a buffer?????
It's a 96 and it looks like single stage two pack..I think???
