When I first bought my car I changed the rear shocks to Bilsteins, as well as the springs. I was advised the springs had 'sagged' so changed them. This transformed the car. Later when feeling flush I also changed the fronts for Bilsteins, but kept the original springs. This was in improvement but not as much as the rear had been....
Another specialist has since told me the rear springs are non-standard, but as the original specialist has i think gone bust (and anyway I fell out with them 4 years ago) I dont know what they are.
Can anyone recommend front springs that will improve on the originals, and work well with Bilsteins? NB I do NOT want to lower the car, or make it rock hard, though some stiffening would be fine.
Also, should I put this in modified forum?
