Door and panel creaks

When I brought the 96 Spider I had seen that some creaking was to be expected when the vehicle flexes, that aspect I now understand but I still think that the drivers door panel goes beyond what is to be expected.

I have tried stuffing peices of material in various locations as the sound is mainly made up I believe of plastic moving on metal and some of the panel components also rubbing against each other (passenger door is fine)

Do Alfa maintainers or users on here know how this can be overcome or minimised, the main issue is on roads at slow speed as I know the stiffened suspension causes this to be exagerated but once at a reasonable speed and on smoother roads the sound does go.

I was going to visit Rusper Alfa to discuss this but any tips before or success stories would be welcome first.

Thanks, Peter
