So its dead... whats the best plan?
My ph1 twinny has pretty much died today - bottom end starting knocking all of a sudden (no reason other than shells probably as oil etc has been fine). Turned it off straight away and towed it home, however im more than aware the engine will probably be past it already.
its still got MOT until next march and I've only just put new bottom arms, thermostat etc on it, but as it owes me near £1k I can't justify the expense of repairing it.
So would I get more back if I sold it in parts, rather than just e-baying it (where I think I'd be looking at £250 for it, minus ebay fees etc.)
How much can be made from breaking? Its the half leather interior, not full leather.
