I once had a right dog of a courtesy car from PowerAlfa. It was a 145 Cloverleaf and mechanically ok, except the drivers window came out of its runners, but stank of wet dog and had enough Alsation hair to knit a itchy jumper.
Alfa Aid lent me a 156 1.8 once and the big end went on it. They diagnosed the fault by listening over a mobile phone. With an identity change I managed to get it back to them on the back of the AA finest flat-bed. Adrian then lent me his own 156 SW which had been used for transportation of Buster, but it was perfectly acceptable transport.
Be grateful for a car than runs.
