Which oil to top up?

When its time to top up your Twinnies oil, which oil do you use?

Manual says not to mix different oils, but how do I know which oil is in there to begin with? I doubt its Selenia or whatever its called.

Any easily available modern oil of the correct spec will be fine and will mix with whatever is in there.

Just start with any good 10W40 and don't try use full synthetic one. Always I top up using the same oil what I put into. Now I use Mobile S 10W40 and I had Selenia 10W40 before. If you don't know what kind of oil you have, just go for oil change and use any good 10W40.

If you don't know what oil is in your engine may I suggest you change it for 5w40 fully synthetic and change it every 6,000 miles. I have done this with mine since I bought it and it runs and performs beautifully.
