Looking for GTV 2.0

Hello. First post here. I have enjoyed lurking and observing the banter but the time has come...

I have been researching GTVs for a while now and I think have found one (perhaps 2) that are very good. However, rather than leap in I thought it perhaps best to reach out to people on this forum who could possibly know of a great GTV out there for sale.

I want to get a very / exceptionally good condition one. A 2.0. I don"t think I can afford to run a V6.

Can anybody help?

Phase II GTV 2.0

you've done the right thing doing your research. I've got a 2 litre and they're great. I got mine quite recently and it had all the bits done recently (full cambelt, suspension etc...) and a folder showing lots of receipts/full keys etc... so I bought it despite the high mileage (125k). My advice is not to let higher mileage put you off as there are some great cars to be had.

Anyway, mine isn't up for sale just yet Have you got a particular phase in mind?

That buyers guide is great. I did miss it. Thanks.

Phase-wise... not that fussed on this though if push came to shove I guess I'd chose a phase 2. (though I didn't particularly like the "nose-job" of the Phase 3 it is growing on me! Does the traction control in this phase make a great difference?)

I do think that tan leather is very lovely...
