The 305mm Brembos should easily to up to the job and its same setup as the GTA.
If you are going to overhaul then obviously make sure all the calipers are working properly, fit new plain good quality discs, go for DS2500 or Performance Friction pads, replace and bleed the brake fluid with good quality Dot4. You could fit braided hose but not essential.
I've tracked my 156 V6 with 305mm Brembos and with DS2500 pads the brake were very strong without any fade.
If you think you need the 330mm upgrade then its expensive now and you'll require calipers, pads, discs, hoses and mounting brackets.
