I owned a few Fiat Coupes (3). One of them had a major service at PowerFiat (previous name of PowerItalia) just before I bought it. It had a very expensive invoice for cambelt, waterpump, tensioners, idlers, aux belts and their tensioners and idlers.
When I took the car to a local workshop for some work, they asked me if I wanted the aux belts etc replacing - they were in terrible condition.
I rang PowerItalia (PowerFiat) and they said the invoice was genuine and there had been an issue with the supply of aux belts/tensioners/idlers but if they had not been done the previous owner would have been told and not billed.
The problem was either with the previous owner messing about swapping bits after the service was done (totally possible I suppose) or Power-whatever not doing all they had said.
Apart from that, I heard many positive reviews and glowing reports about them from other Coupe owners.
Just be careful and let them know that you know what you're talking about.
