GTV_Saint, if i was you i would simply pull that "Radiator bar" its a flimsy piece of metal that can be shaped without any body pulling equipment! I had something similar in my spider accident wise and that lower cross rail that i think you are talking about was bent closer to the radiator, i removed my radiator and did the body pulling myself, My bonnet striker was also pushed back by about an inch and half and with radiator removed it was relatively easy to get it back in position. So! as for advice on doing the job, remove the bumper and remove the radiator and all its ancillaries and its an easy job as long as you have no serious creases in the panels which i think you have not?
Don't be scared of the job, the hardest part is the removing of bumper & radiator.
PS: When i hit mine i had to replace the bonnet also and the passenger side headlamp.
