I have the same car in LHD with similar mileage at about 105k. My car came with service history up untill the last major service (I guess hence whu the previous owner sold it). At this mileage I would check when the last timing belt change was done as well as fluids, performance of the turbo etc. My v6tb's last belt change was nearly 8 years ago when i bought it. I did'nt want to take any chances so i got timing belt changed along with the tensioner and idlers, and oil/filter change I also got the garage to replace the waterpump at the same time as sometimes the pump itselp can cause a belt failure if the shaft bearings are worn which woud cause play in the belts...then snap! It cost me a small fortune over here in europe to get the work done by an alfa specialist but it was worth it in the end as they had the expertise to realise when a new part sent to them was faulty (belt tensioner was defective). If the car in question needs any of the above plus some of the other stuff mentioned by vulcan then you are looking at nearly a grand in repairs! Labour charges to work on this car are of course higher due to the limited space under the bonnet with all the extra plumbing for turbo and intercooler. It took a speacialist a full day's labour to do the belt, tensioner, idlers, water pump, and oil change in addition to any problems encountered along the way, or I just got ripped! A rare find indeed, if I was in uk and looking for a v6 I would buy this again asap (car is remarkable on petrol when driven sensibly on motorway, and overtaking is brisk once on boost, very quiet, smooth refined once on the move, meaty and burbly on idle!).
