It's on my watch list.
Agreeing with Mr Caine, it can be really hard work sometimes finishing a project. As much as I have an unhealthy interest in cars I had one in my parents garage for 3-4 years which I eventually got rid of having seen a wanted advert in the local newspaper. With hindsight it was quite selfish of me to occupy their garage without doing any work on the car.
The black wheels?
I didn't like the tricolores replacing the Pininfarina badges.
Also what colour is that? Is it too light? It's a bit like that light silver Audi did on the first A4 that has a tinfoil Kit Kat wrapper feel to me, especially with those spoked alloys that look like milk bottle tops.
for me I think there are too many unknowns due to the fiddling. The dashboard swap didn't sound like a good idea to me.
It's a bit like these people that fix up these houses to market and sell but decorate it in their own taste rather than just do it with colours that make the property look the best and perhaps easier to sell?
I'm really surprised it has gone that high.
Plus loitering around here, I know if it's the diff it can be replaced with a Q2.
I think the underlying car has to be sound and working properly before you start customising the interior and exterior.
It's a bit like additional non standard badges. I saw a Mk1 TT where they'd stuck what looked like Megane Coupe Coupe badges on the front wing/bonnet just above that clamshell join. When I see additional badges I wonder if everything that could be fixed and maintained properly on the car they're attached to has?
