Flickering handbrake light.

My handbrake light flickers now and again. What could the problem be?

Three possibilities here.

1. Fluid in the combined Clutch and Brake reservoir could be low - Top up and find out if you have a leak, the Clutch Slave Cylinder is a high possibilty, in which case repace asap.

2. The Float in the combined Clutch and Brake reservoir coukd be sticking - Clean and lubricate. Check the connections on the top of this - clean and lubricate if required.

3. The Switch under the Handbrake Lever could be dirty - Clean and lubricate.

There is a VERY high probability that it will be one of these things.
