Good point - could be why some GTVs seem worse for this than others. Can you suggest a figure TB?
Hi,currently I experimenting with the setup and as I intend to run the GTV mostly on the road I'm trying to find the best compromise between grip, tire wear and stability on my car, I'm not ready with it yet but close to a setting that I like, however winter weather got in the way so it may wait until the spring.
I started with a toe out at 3 degrees which resulted in a tremendous grip during cornering but also heavy tire wear and instability when running straight ahead at higher speeds
(it feels a bit like driving a old Beetle at "high" speeds, you need to correct the direction with the steering wheel most of the time),
maybe a settings for track days if you are ready to sacrifice a set of front tires.
I have then adjusted the toe back and forth but I do not measure it up how much each time, so I can not really say how much toe-out I have now, the only thing that I have not changed since last time I measured is the camber at 2 degrees.
If tire wear is your main concern you should probably consider a setting somewhere between 1 degree and 0 degrees toe-out.
