Easy to find and, in theory, easy to change.
Facing the front of the car, to the right of engine you will see the big black (mostly rubber) inlet truncking. Follow it all the way forward and then down to where it connects to a large tube shaped plastic cannister (the air filter). The last few inches is the MAF with a wire conenctor on the side. Three nuts hold it and its retaining clamp onto the top of the air filter. Easy. The tricky bit is that sometimes the three studs in the top of the filter turn making it hard to remove them. Plenty of posts already on this topic so do a search but some WD40 before you start is a good idea. Also, a good time to change the air filter, while you are messing about. Also, also, consider taking the rest of the rubber bits off while you're there and giving them a really good clean and inspection for splits (usually underneath). No point in changing the MAF if air is being sucked in elsewhere.
