OK, here's a trick.
On the inside of the door aperture/frame towards the back of the car, opposite end to the hinges, there is a round post that the door latches onto. It's bolted in with a Torx bolt. Loosen this off very slightly, enough to move it with some effort, ie so there is still some friction. Without losing the height it's at, move it horizontally inboard towards the centre of the car and tighten it up again. Knocked about 20 mph off my wind noise as the door and window was tighter to the door rubbers. The wind noise was noticeable at 80mph and now it's around 100mph.
Subsequent fiddling with the window adjusters has made it worse again. Doh!!! But I am still trying to find a solution to this. I have a P2 with the auto drop function and only have a problem with the drivers door. I have marked glass at the seals at the top of the door when the glass is in the dropped position IE the door is open, and compared it the the passenger side. The driver door glass rises higher, baring out what Jamies says on his website site.
Hope this helps.
