Help Hole burnt in Fuse Box !

Help... got a 2004 2.0GTV JTS. Turned on the heated rear screen, and minutes later got smoke thro the air vents...!!! Doh.
A little bit of investigation shows a melted fuse and burnt out hole in the fuse box !
Anyone know.....
1. best place to get replacement fuse box ?
2. how much should I expect to pay ?
3, how difficult is it to replace it (apart from the *******awkward position!)

I have been told that this is quite common.

Try Autolusso for a used Fusebox, they will post to you if they have one.
