Thanks pkr. Bought the steering wheel version of the puller. It was piece of cake.

Is it possible to just change the wheels over? i'm not too fussed about the controls etc as i can blank the button bezels off with some alu carbon fibre, not too bothered about indicator stalks either, i just think the 147 has a nicer shape to the wheel!

From the work Looobz has done it is a clockspring issue requiring the stalks to be replaced as well - from his first post:

"Just so people are aware, the swap is not simple as in you can't just swap the steering wheels over, You need to swap the Stalk and Clock-Spring"

We have the wiring conversion nailed but still waiting for Looobz to complete the final mechanical fit???

Golly, l am so happy I bought a one owner since new Spider Lusso, garaged all it's life, driven even when sunny weather seldom with the top down, serviced by the book at the original dealer.
And it's complete as it was built ! I would not want to buy one that's had half it's innards swapped about & it has ended up abitsa of serveral models ?

makes it hard to find, Specially if you just love the car & appreciate it as it was designed, by wonderful quirky Italians. LOL

Gave the hood a good clean today & it came up like new
