I think that car looks ok TBH.
if your after a V6 then make sure it has had its cambelt done, due every 40-50k (opinions vary on this) and MAKE SURE it had its tensioner replaced with the idlers. Also worth checking the Aux belt was done, if that fails the water pump loses its drive and can lead to overheating if you continue to drive.
If its had a new clutch that would be nice, but people avoid it due to high cost, see how it feels when you drive.
It'll have a dual mass flywheel, which should give a super smooth clutch feel with no judder.
Rear bushes can wear and damage the subframe if not fixed - may not have this problem but check history for rear bushes/suspension arms.
Oil cooler pipes can be rusty - easy to check underneath.
Radiators corrode causing the V6 to run hot, make sure its not strugging to stay at 90c (cooling fans always on).
Ensure it has the brown master key, and eelctronic key code card ideally.
Airflow meters fail, it should feel responsive and tourquey, any flat spots might suggest a failing air flow meter.
Some V6's drink oil, others dont. Check the oil level.
There are other things but these are the common things that affect them.
