Engine sounds like an old fishing boat

After a track day my gtv has develop a weird sound, some say it could be a hidraulic lifter, some that it's a bearing. But she runs nice and that is strange.
Anybody any ideas? Oil was on max all the time.

It sounds a bit loud for a sticking lifter to me.

My 164 sounded similar when the cambelt slipped, although in my case it was much louder and the engine only ran on 3 cylinders.
